About our Client - Our client is a major E-Commerce player which is growing at an exponential rate. They are widely popular and are looking for rapid expansion. They are currently looking for a Business Head based out of their head office in the NCR.

Job Description - Reporting into the CEO, you will be responsible for The P&L for the various categories

- All business metrics for these categories right from traffic to conversions to revenue

- Brand Budgets, Media Plans, brand briefs, and agency tie ups

- End to end ownership of the complete marketing process right from actioning research to generate consumer insights

- Data mining for business insights, to developing communication & media strategy and campaign deployment

- Real time business tracking

The Successful Candidate - You will be an MBA with over 10 years experience in the relevant domain, with experience in FMCG/Retail/E-Commerce. You should have experience in managing a P & L. You should possess strong communication, analytical and financial skills with the ability to deal with different stakeholders. You should be self motivated, ambitious and have the ability to understand and work within the framework of the company strategy
