We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Business Head to lead and grow our online business operations. This role is critical in driving the company's digital strategy, enhancing customer experience, and achieving revenue growth through innovative and data-driven approaches. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, business strategy, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy in alignment with the company's business goals.
- Identify emerging trends and new business opportunities to stay competitive in the market.
Revenue Growth:
- Drive sales and profitability through online platforms, ensuring optimal product offerings and pricing strategies.

Customer Experience:
- Enhance the user experience (UX) across all digital platforms to improve customer satisfaction and conversion rates.

Build and lead a high-performing e-commerce team, including marketing, technology, and operations professionals.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
Technology and Operations:
- Oversee website and mobile app functionality, ensuring a seamless and secure shopping experience.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement and optimize e-commerce tools and platforms.
Digital Marketing and Branding:
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute online campaigns, SEO/SEM strategies, and social media initiatives.
- Strengthen the company's brand presence and reputation in the digital space.
Vendor and Partner Management:
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, marketplaces, and logistics partners.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Leverage analytics to understand customer behavior, sales trends, and website performance.
- Use insights to refine strategies and improve decision-making processes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in e-commerce or digital business leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, etc.), digital marketing tools, and analytics software.
- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue growth and improving customer experience.
