- Strategize growth in the identified markets

- Lead BD function and achieve the revenue and profitability targets

- Initiate and deepen Strategic Client Relationships

- Strategic Partnerships with potential partners with Revenue opportunities

- Developing solutions with a Consulting approach

- Focus on MiddleEast, APAC, Europe markets

Business verticals :

- Everything related to talent including Talent Strategy, Skill intelligence, Corporate University, Future of work and learning, Hire Train deploy

- Experience of working with clients in MENA, APAC, Europe would be a plus. Having active networks with key stakeholders would help the case. Experience with top tier consulting companies, L&D senior level experience would be a plus.

Job location: Remote in India with travel for Business to ME and APAC
