Job Description:  - Should be able to prepare a long-term plans based on business goals  - Ability to work with various industry practices and trends  - Assume responsibility of a strategic business head to manage a calendar of activities and create a pipeline of new opportunities  - Managing and mentoring a cross functional team comprising client servicing, database and telemarketing professionals  - Direct, edit and ensure quality of marketing campaigns  - Maintain effective customer response through integrated, segmented direct dialogue campaigns  - Evolve direct marketing campaigns to meet changing business environment, test results and program objectives  - Lead cross-functional project teams from inception through execution  - Understand and drive customer behavior through data analysis and industry understanding  - Must have P&L understanding, and should be sales oriented  Desired Skills & Experience:  - 8-12 years of experience in a direct marketing/lead generation agency  - Thorough knowledge of lead generation procedures and tools  - Excellent knowledge of reporting formats  - Strategic marketing and analytics expertise  - Superlative written, verbal and presentation skills  - Ability to manage a multi-functional team and expertise in handling clients across verticals.  - Exposure to ATL & BTL advertising, brand positioning and media planning  Qualification:  - A degree in any discipline. A management degree is a plus.
