- Responsible for the Digital business strategy of the organisation. Laying down foundation for content creation and distribution for digital space, digital marketing innovations, community building on social platform and monetisation of digital inventory.
- Identify and develop new Digital Products for the Organization
- Heading Social Media, Marketing, Product, SEO, Web Analytics and UI/UX teams.
- Manage User Experience: Web+ Mobile Usability, UI, Interaction design, Information Architecture
- Determine the marketing strategy for all of Digital products.
- Facilitating web site traffic growth, web site UX/UI product and marketing decisions
- Identify revenue potential and drive Business Development.
- Determine revenue targets drive Digital Sales.
- Create and manage annual Digital Business Budgets
- Hiring employees to execute project.
- Manage P&L and plan long term business strategy for Digital.
