Seeking a Business Head with a strong digital media background and digital expertise to lead growing business in Delhi.
This person will play a key role in overseeing large clients.
Deep knowledge of digital with a pulse on innovation is key.

Core Duties:
Financial
Accountable for revenue generation and target margin for all clients
Attains P&L targets through a combination of existing and new business development
Works with Client Engagement leadership to set revenue and margin targets by account
Delivers the target margin %
Client Work
Serves as executive sponsor and nurtures key senior level client relationships; ensures that all key accounts have a solid account growth plan
Accountable for leading the Client Planning process for all clients in the region, including format, reporting and progress
Responsible for development of sales strategy, including targeting key clients; leads key new business development initiatives and sells work
Builds lasting client relationships and elevates key client relationships to more senior levels
Ensures that account teams are leading and bringing new ideas to the client
Ensures high client satisfaction
Capabilities Development/Contribution
Monitors and evaluates the client engagement team structure and overall agency structure to ensure we are positioned to meet deliverables for existing clients, accommodate new business opportunities and adjust to changing industry needs/trends
Accountable for leading and inspiring the team to deliver amazing work
Actively attracts, markets and recruits top talent f in the market
Serves as a key voice ; speaks at conferences, builds rapport with key media outlets, etc.
Mentors and coaches on an ongoing basis to identify personal career objectives, and provide appropriate development opportunities based on individual needs in order to ensure effective succession plans
Organization
Develops the annual strategic plan; owns and delivers overarching initiatives/goals
Responsible for driving key business initiatives and solutions in an ever-evolving service offering
Evaluates and reports the results of overall operations regularly
Ensures open and fluid communication and builds community across all disciplines and account teams - Builds and develops the next generation of leaders in the agency
Manages the overall professional development for the Client Engagement management team members and works with discipline leads and Human Resources to develop and execute staffing plans to ensure each department is positioned for success
Guides and directs the local team in the development, production, and execution of the agency's capabilities and services to ensure all services align with the agency's vision, core competencies and financial goals
Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience
10+ years of agency experience, with massive strength in digital media
Proven experience in managing large teams and working cross-functionally across complex organizations
Strong knowledge or experience in marketing and advertising, with particular emphasis on digital, interactive media, direct marketing, strategy, and analytics
Driven, results-oriented with a 'can do' attitude who can translate unstructured business situations into innovative customer marketing programs
Creative thought leader, strong analytically and at the same time a pragmatic thinker
Digital media/Business head/BD role
Should have good networking in north region
Strong digital media background with atleast:
8-10 years experience in managing search media, paid media, performance marketing etc
Managing all North clients and businesses
Experience in client servicing, strategic planning, media planning, media buying
