Role Objective:
Responsible for leading and managing the overall operations of the luxury retail business. This role involves developing and executing strategies to drive sales, enhance customer experience and maintain the brand's prestigious image. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury market, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in high-end retail management.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns.
Operational Management:
- Ensure efficient and effective store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store layout.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
- Implement and maintain high standards of customer service to enhance the customer experience.
Leadership and Team Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Set performance objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the budget for the luxury retail division.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
- Implement cost-control measures and identify opportunities for financial optimization.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure a personalized and high-quality shopping experience for VIP clients.
- Address and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Brand Management:
- Uphold the brand's image and reputation in the market.
- Ensure that all retail activities align with the brand's values and standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement brand-building initiatives.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
