Business Head - Debt Syndication - Bank/NBFC

Responsibilities:

- Managing a team of professionals responsible for Business Development and Credit Underwriting.

- Leading the Business Development efforts in the Mid Markets while nurturing and maintaining relationships with Clients, DSAs, and other intermediaries.

- Understanding clients' financial requirements and effectively matching them with appropriate credit products available in the market.

- Devising and executing a robust business development strategy.

- Collaborating both internally and with potential investors to fulfill client needs.

Requirements:

- A work experience spanning 5 to 15 years in Business Development, Credit Appraisal, or Credit Analysis within entities like Banks, NBFCs, Credit Rating Agencies, or other relevant Market Intermediaries.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish and sustain comprehensive relationships.

- Strong leadership capabilities and adeptness in managing teams.

- Educational background including CA/CAIIB qualifications, coupled with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
