Job Description :

- This is a business head (P&L lead) role for a leading dairy business in India . Its one of the arms of a large, diversified Indian company.

Client Details

Our client is an Indian major that is growing from strength to strength in the FMCG space and with innovative strategies around sales and marketing, they have been one of the biggest names in the Indian market. They are looking for a Business Head who would oversee the P&L of one of their thriving businesses for Pan India and ensure profitability and productivity across the space.

Description

The incumbent would report into the MD and would be responsible to:

- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures

- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth

- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision

- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)

- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication

- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics

- Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance

- Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)

- Manage relationships with partners/vendors

Profile

The successful candidate should:

- Be a Management Graduate with 12+ Years of relevant experience from the sales and marketing domain in the FMCG space

- Have and analytical mindset with a proven track record in delivering results across building strategies for online, offline, e-commerce and technology
