Business Head D2C - Personal Care/Hair Care/Cosmetics/FMCG

- Growth Hacker - Business Head D2C responsible to Scale up Business and take it to next Level.

- Should have strong experience in Sales & Marketing in FMCG space + experience in Stratup in D2C / Entrepreneur in D2C

- Should have strong Stakeholder Management Skills

- This role will be responsible for Building D2C Business & grow 10 - 15x in next 4-5 Years

- Opening up New Markets & Avenues to scale up the Business.

- Setting up Modern Trade Channel & Retail Channel

- Building National & Regional Key Accounts - eComm, MT, retail channels

- Setting up robust D2C eComm, Supply Chain & Distribution Channels

- Contribute to the development and execution of customer, sales & Marketing strategies to grow the Business.

- Support key stakeholders with analysis & market intelligence to create strong long and short-term sales strategies.

- Prepare & analyse sales forecasts to deliver accurate volume projections and help with the management of the supply chain relationships within the independent channel

- Effective management of trade spending activity
