Our client is a leading Credit Card Fintech in the Indian market

Job Description :

- Responsible for portfolio development and growth by developing strategies and plans, partner relationship management and engaging with prospective partners

- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability

- Product Ownership - Defining product vision and applying cards business acumen and insights to planning and execution of customer programs

- Develop an understanding of market trends including risk, fraud and regulatory constraints

- Product Packaging and Promotions - identify promotions and product bundles that drive differentiated value and create interest and demand for product

- Identify opportunities to engage with customers and build roadmap to digitally engage with customers

Profile :

- Minimum 15+ years of experience in a P&L and product role in a Fintech company in India

- Strong Problem solving skills

- Great stakeholder management skills
