Business Head - Cosmetics/ Beauty
- Managing the complete business plan from conception to execution - responsible for driving day to day operations to achieve the overall strategic goals.
- Heading the entire SBU and owning the P&L - include managing the overall Monthly/Quarterly/Annual revenue-target
- Managing significant marketing spends - deciding allocation across platforms and expected results in terms of sales from paid marketing activities.
- Establishing sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
- Maintaining and expanding customer base; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
- Recommending product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer -needs and trends; tracking competitors.
- Evaluating market trends and gathering competitive information; identifying trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
- Achieving regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Meeting regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Manage and expand the business and brands of the company including all commercial activity
- Work with the Executive Team on the strategic vision of the company and provide insight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plans of the region
- Tracking and pushing revenues on multiple eCommerce channels
Skilis Required :
- Prior category management experience with hand-on expertise in managing eCommerce revenue targets
- Passionate about understanding internet consumers with a strong grasp of how to plan/execute/iterate on primary & backup sales campaigns to achieve the targeted numbers
- Must have prior experience in managing paid marketing budgets - product management experience is an added plus
- Should be data obsessed. Should have daily updated numbers of revenue and KPI targets at her/his fingertips. Ability to take mid-term calls to boost lagging KPIs and get plans back on track to steer the team towards the target.
- Exceptional leadership skills with huge emphasis on perseverance - ability to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on with any project to pull out all stops while chasing a target
- A high bar for quality and integrity of work - your own contributions to that of others
Qualifications & Experience :
- Looking for MBA with 12+ years of experience in Business Management in Color Cosmetics /FMCG - Personal Care sector
Preferred Sectors - Color Cosmetics, Beauty, Personal Care, and FMCG- Personal Care
