Industry - Cable, Wire and Copper Company

Experience - 15-20 years experience in a manufacturing leadership role in a copper cable industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Factory Management.

- P&L Management.

- Copper rods/cables Sales & Marketing

- New Product Launches

- Cross functional team management

- Understand the sourcing of cathodes

- Good in people management

- Strategic thinking & good execution skills.

- Interpersonal & leadership skills

- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

CTC - Monthly saving potential is around $6000-8000, apart from this company will provides housing + car and annual passage
