Business Head/COO - Manufacturing Formulation

- LMB is engaged in manufacturing formulation in the thrust areas of Cardiology, Antibiotics, Orthopedic, Gynecology, Gastroenterology, and Pulmonology.

- LMB aims to make its presence felt through a unique coming together of effort, dedication, expertise, technology, science, care, and professional integrity.

- We at LMB - looking for a Business Head, who could build the Organisation right from the scratch; with prior exposure & Knowledge of all legal requirements & Certifications.

- Fully aware of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry developments, etc.

- Assessing risks to the company and ensuring they are monitored and minimized.

- Set comprehensive Sales goals for performance and growth, have a proven track record of high sales performance.

- Oversee Technical and Contract Manufacturing operations of the company.

- Write and submit reports to the Managing Director in all matters of importance.

- Take complete ownership of P& L successful execution, performance monitoring and profitable.

- Greenfield experience preferred.
