Business Head / COO

Location: Mumbai

Experience : Min 10 + years in healthcare & Min 5 years in team handling position

Key Requirements:

- Has managed P&L of a chain of IVF clinics

- Has led a team pan India

- Experience of implementing process and controls

- Marketing & Sales expert

KRA's :

- Responsible for the P&L

- Responsible for evaluating opportunities, due diligences and compliance and legal

- Responsible for setting up new centers and launching them

- Responsible for implementation of the processes, procedures, equipment's and other facilities employed in IVF clinics and ensure highest standards are followed

- Ensure documentation of key processes and ensure 100% implementation at the clinic level through regular training programs

- Oversee procurement, materials management and inventory management and ensure cost effectiveness

- Maintain a record of the key parameters of the center and regularly update it to the management

- Work closely with the marketing team to launch campaigns and initiative to generate leads and create the brand

- Responsible for forging important tie-ups & alliances with banks and other institutions, which could help, drive patients' traffic to the centers

- Work closely with the sales & BD team to ensure a good network of referral doctors is created

- Devise and implement action plans for achievement of financial targets of the center / centers
