Job Description - This is a business head (P&L head) role for the portfolio, reporting into the CEO of the organization

Client Details:

Our client is an Indian major that is growing from strength to strength in the FMCG/D2C space and with innovative strategies around sales and marketing, they have been one of the biggest names in the Indian market. They are looking for a Business Head who would oversee the P&L of the business and ensure profitability and productivity across the space.

Description:

The incumbent would report into the CEO and would be responsible to:

- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures

- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth

- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision

- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)

- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication

- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics

- Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance

- Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)

- Manage relationships with partners/vendors

Profile:

The successful candidate should:

- Be a Management Graduate with 10+ Years of relevant experience from the sales and marketing domain in D2C/FMCG/Internet set-ups

- Have and analytical mindset with a proven track record in delivering results across building strategies for online, offline, e-commerce and technology
