Business Head - Consumer Division

The portfolio includes pulses, grains, ready-to-eat (RTE) products, and dry fruits. This role is critical in establishing in modern trade, strong retail and e-commerce presence, developing brand strategy, and driving sales growth across modern trade, general trade, and online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for consumer-packaged goods (CPG) across pulses, grains, RTE, and dry fruits.

- Brand Positioning & Marketing: Establish brand identity, drive consumer awareness, and execute marketing campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL).

- Sales & Distribution Expansion: Build and scale modern trade, general trade, and e-commerce sales channels.

- Product Development & Launch: Identify consumer trends and oversee new product development (NPD) for packaged foods.

- Retail & E-Commerce Partnerships: Forge partnerships with supermarkets, online grocery platforms (Amazon, BigBasket, Flipkart), and offline retailers.

- P&L Management & Profitability: Own business revenue, pricing strategy, and margin optimization.

- Supply Chain & Operations: Work closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure high-quality product availability.

Candidate Profile:

- 15+ years of experience in FMCG, consumer-packaged foods, or agri business.

- Proven expert strategy ise in brand building, sales & distribution, and e-commerce

- Strong network within modern trade, general trade, and digital commerce platforms.

- Experience inlaunching and scaling consumer food brands in India.

- P&L ownership and ability to drive high-margin, high-volume consumer businesses
