BUSINESS HEAD - CONFECTIONARY (NATIONAL ROLE)

a. A person should have at least 20 Years of experience in Sales and marketing driving Business Growth and Having a P&L responsibility, Which involves working on COSTING of Products..

b. Should have exposure to Manufacturing Operations - should be in a position to question the Manufacturing KPIs, TO PLANT HEADS

c. Exposure to Supply Chain.

d. Exposure to MARKETING ACTIVITIES - WORKING ON ATL & BTL ACTIVITIES IS IMPORTANT AND MUST

e. Considering its an BUSINESS HEAD ROLE & A GENERAL MANAGEMENT ROLE WHO SHOULD HAVE HANDLED PAN INDIA NATIONAL RESPONSIBILITY (MUST)
