Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to drive the growth of our cloud services business, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and service roadmap development.
Top Line Growth: Drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing initiatives, strategic partnerships, and client engagement. Develop pricing strategies and value propositions to maximize profitability.
Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and expand our presence in existing markets. Build relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers to increase brand visibility and market share.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of sales and technical professionals. Provide coaching and mentorship to develop talent and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Client Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Monitor key performance indicators and take proactive measures to address any deviations from plan.
Success: Champion customer success initiatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Develop customer-centric solutions and services that address the unique needs of our clients.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to cloud services. Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the security, reliability, or performance of our cloud offerings.

Preferred Professional Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in cloud services with a proven track record of leadership and business growth.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, including infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS), platform-as-a-service (PaaS), and software-as-a-service (SaaS).
