Hiring Business Head / COO
Activities & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for heading the Sales & Operations of 1298 private business.
- Highly responsible to increase the revenue, maintain the existing clients, to monitor the income of the department and maintain the P & L between revenue optimization and expense control.
- Develop, review, and report on the operations division's strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the respective regional/project heads.
- Responsible for establishing strategic relationships and business development opportunities with industrial partners and clients.
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the client base of the company and build a concrete pipeline, to help meet the revenue targets of the corporate business vertical.
- Corporate Sales, acquiring new corporate clients, achieving monthly, quarterly, yearly revenue targets.
- Providing Services like dedicated stationed ambulance, Ambulance On-Call, Medical Room (Doctor & Nurse On-site), Occupational Health Centre (OHC) Services, Mobile Medical Units (MMU), Wellness Programs, Health check, etc.
- Extensive travel will be required to meet with corporate clients, attend meetings, preparing Proposals, Presentations, providing briefings and submitting reports to Senior Management as required.
- Cross Functional Interaction with various departments and stakeholders for deployment of services and ensuring clients will get the best quality services.
- Retaining existing clients, Upsell & Cross Sell new services to client.
- Ensure billing and Recovery for acquired clients will happen on time, Systematic follow-up to ensure 100% payment collection within the due date.
- Contract renewals / Additional addendum / compliance related to client, Tender / RFP participation.
- Responsible to develop and execute channel / distribution sales plan to achieve annual sales objective with respect to top & bottom line.
- Responsible for optimal/cost effective scheduling of operational activities for current projects as well as those in pipeline.
- Conduct market research to map future prospect of projects.
- Setting up of new project in association with different departments.
- Ensuring smooth start-up of the project and coordinate with regional/project heads to ensure the completeness of Project plan as per budget.
- To manage the ambulance operations (pan India) in an effective manner and to ensure 100% implementation of processes and procedures.
- To implement, maintain and manage an effective system of controls throughout the operations, covering non-financial as well as financial controls.

- Ensuring vehicle maintenance process and systems are followed as per company norms resulting in minimum downtime of the ambulance under repair.
Qualifications Experience Skills & Competencies:
- MBA
- 20+ years of relevant experience, preferably from healthcare industry
- Ability to lead teams spread across multi locations.
- Ability to manage large project implementation.
- Ability to manage time and workload effectively which includes planning, organizing, and prioritizing.
