- Strategic thinking, financial acumen, knowledge about plant operations and manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Coatings/Adhesives.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent People management skills and leadership skills
- Ability to survive and excel in a constantly challenging environment
Qualification and experience required
- B.Tech (Chemical) + M.Tech (Chemical) (Good Pedigree) with 8 to 10 years of experience
- Proven experience as a key strategical or business or corporate strategy position
- Experience in Chemical or Ink or Adhesive industry
- Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing the vision
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
- Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance, sales, business development, manufacturing processes, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
