Key Must Haves

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the company & strategic plan in alignment with the mission and goals of the organization.

- Experience in water / wastewater treatment sector is must.

- Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the executive team and employees, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

- Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and ensure the financial health and sustainability of the firm.

- Business Development: Drive business development efforts, identify new opportunities for growth, and build strategic partnerships to expand the firm's client base.

- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

- Operational Excellence: Streamline operations, improve efficiency, and implement best practices to optimize performance across all functions.

- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain a strong focus on corporate governance.

- Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, and market dynamics.

- Talent Development: Focus on attracting, retaining, and developing top talent, ensuring the company has the skilled workforce needed to meet its strategic goals.

- Should prepare annual budget and 5 year plans

- Will report to board of directors

Qualifications

- Proven track record of successful leadership in a consultancy firm or related industry.

- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.

- Strong understanding of financial management principles to oversee the company's financial strategy and ensure its fiscal health.

- BE/B.Tech in any discipline.
