Job Description :
- Leadership role to head end to end business operations of an established chemical organization. Work in an Executive capacity with the MD & Chairman, driving key decision making, with overall general business management responsibility.
The client is leveraging on its existing product and plant synergies to drive and maintain market leadership. High product quality, innovation, and a customer first mindset have driven the client to see sustainable growth and continued success in their focus markets. They are now looking to hire a Business Leader at a CXO level to drive the growth of the business.
- Ensure growth in the top line and bottom line of the organization.
- Review financial and non-financial reports to drive continuous improvement.
- Devise and implement high quality business strategies in alignment with the long term and short-term organization vision.
- Evaluation expansion avenues in terms of incremental product lines, geographies, acquisition opportunities.
- Handling day to day business operations of the company, which includes looking after Sales (Domestic and Exports), Marketing, Operations, Research & Development, Technical Services and QA.
- Maintain knowledge of key market/product landscape to drive business excellence.
- 20+ years of experience in plastics/polymers industry.
- Strong experience in domestic & export sales across geographies.
- Experience in overseeing teams across manufacturing/production as part of general business management.
- Strong cross functional stakeholder management across departments
- Strategic and long-term thinking.
- High degree of Business and Industry knowledge.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills.
- Strong bias for action with a key focus on business growth.
