Business Head - Cattle Feed

We are currently retained by a growing agri-tech startup to hire a Business Head for their Cattle feed business. Please note that this role needs someone with a strong background in the cattle feed business.

As a business head, you will be responsible for leading and scaling the cattle feed division by developing and implementing strategies and generating revenue for the company. You will be building the entire ecosystem for the cattle feed division from strategy to execution.

The role needs someone who has worked in Cattle Feed and understands the market linkages in dairy business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate and execute a growth-focused strategy for scaling up the cattle feed operations.

- New market expansion, diversify product lines, and develop innovative sales strategies.

- Drive product development to enhance quality, competitiveness, and alignment with market trends.

- Optimize supply chain for cost-efficiency, reliable delivery; foster strong stakeholder partnerships.

- Drive sales growth through innovative marketing and strong sales team leadership.

- Effectively manage budgets and resources to achieve financial targets and ensure profitability.

- Actively engage with stakeholders to bolster advocacy and industry relations.

To fit the bill, you must have :

- 8+ years of cattle feed business experience

- Proven track record in business scale-up and revenue growth.

- Deep knowledge of cattle feed markets and distribution.

- Skilled in team leadership and communication.

- Entrepreneurial mindset for results and innovation.

- MBA in Agri from Top agri school preferred
