Job Description :
- Business head for the Cattle Feed business, part of the nutrient segment of the business
- Execute strategies, build strong distributor network and drive farm sales to expand the business from ~40Crs/annum to 300-400 Crs in a span of next 4 years
- Responsible for market and competition analysis to devise and execute business strategy
- The food businesses already produce more than 150,000 tons of high-quality, safe and healthy food.
- They work closely with farmer communities in multiple sourcing regions across the globe
- Client has a completely integrated supply chain for producing and delivering healthy branded food products.
- Take care of the entire sales cycle by building strong distributor & customer connects
- Lead a pan India cross-functional team of 50-60 professionals
- Should have an entrepreneurial mindset and good dealer/ dealer network
- Proven track record in the Rural Market - in FMCG/ Cattle feed/ Agriculture Industry
- Should have the capability to conceive and introduce new products, bring new businesses opportunities and the commercial acumen to grow the business within rural segment
- Can translate long term strategy into effective quarterly and annual plans.
