Job Title: Business Head - Chartered Accountant - Delhi

Salary range:28-30 lacs per annum

Job Responsibility:

- Overseeing the company's day-to-day operations, daily communication with the CEO,creating operations strategies and policies, communicating operational strategies to employees, building employee alignment with company goals etc.

- Managing all technical assignments (bank audit, taxation),

- Managing team members, allotting work to team members, proper control and supervision, maintaining discipline within team, keeping the track of work in progress, managing daily reporting of team.

- To setup system & processes (SOPs) and Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.

- Signing authority for audit report.

- Processing empanelment application, bid and tender submission to various authorities timely

- To evaluate team performance

- To re-define and manage MIS

- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth

- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision

- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (Technical)

- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication

- Represent the company to clients and outside agencies, benchmarking with similar size firms

- To effectively grow the organization and ensure financial strength and operating efficiency

- Build brand of the company for future success and growth. (active participation lectures, conference)

Mandatory : Should have experience of representing companies in various seminars.

Should have experience handling entire Business and run the operations smoothly

Working Days: 6 days (2nd Saturday off)

Timings: 10am to 6.30 pm

Qualification: Chartered Accountant

Age: 40 to 50 years
