Job Description - Key leadership position with one of the leading NBFCs in Delhi NCR
Client Details : Leading NBFC in Delhi NCR with primary focus on SME lending.
Description :
- Leadership and Team Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales and product teams, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Sales Strategy and Growth: Develop and implement robust sales strategies to drive the growth of the SME unsecured lending portfolio. Identify market opportunities and tailor products to meet the evolving needs of SME clients.
- Product Development and Innovation: Collaborate closely with product development teams to design, refine, and introduce innovative and competitive lending products specifically catering to SMEs.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to enhance business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Risk Management: Implement effective risk assessment and mitigation strategies to maintain a healthy loan portfolio. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, prepare reports, and derive actionable insights to enhance sales efficiency and product performance.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.
Profile :
- Experience: A minimum of 20-25 years of progressive experience in the financial industry, with a strong focus on SME unsecured lending. Prior background within an NBFC is highly preferred.
- Sales and Product Leadership: Proven track record in leading sales and product teams to achieve business targets, with a deep understanding of SME lending products and market dynamics.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, leveraging insights into SME lending requirements and market trends.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Strong understanding of regulatory compliance standards and risk management practices within the financial sector, particularly related to SME lending.
- Communication and Relationship Building: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, fostering collaboration and driving business outcomes
