Brief Job Description: The job will require :

1. Complete ownership of the Business P&L

2. Seek and build new opportunities with existing and new clients across the spectrum of retail POS execution leveraging GIG workforce

3. Conceptualize/design and oversee the execution of large plans for delivering . GIG based brand visibility execution across the country

4. Client Acquisition using the both hunting and farming route

5. Bring rapid growth to the organization and him/herself

Key Deliverables :

1. Build and Manage the GIG based retail execution business.

2. Generate new opportunities for one-time POS/branding execution and one-time merchandising, from existing and new clients.

3. Build and manage a large and dispersed on and off-roll team.

4. Ensure quality execution by building proper training processes

5. Build a large and nationally spread vendor base for production of POS/signage materials in local markets.

6. Identify and build a team of vendors who can execute POS/signage across the country.

7. Great people and team management that ensures growth of people and creation of future leaders in the company

8. Tech understanding that ensures mobile app use and adoption by the frontline team.

9. Management of data and review, resulting in insights that help build a larger business

10. Future thinking and business building through solutioning and problem solving

Professional and Personal Attributes :

The position requires :

1. A seasoned manager who has worked in roles ranging from running and managing frontline teams for retail branding, promotional events/roadshows and/or retailer/seller onboarding, across large geographies.

2. Candidates with experience in activation for advertising agencies could be a good fit.

3. Minimum of 15 years of experience with post graduation, and preferably MBA.

4. Average experience per organization is minimum 3 years

5. Spoken knowledge of Hindi is a must.

6. Candidates should be tech savy with an understanding of Mobile app ecosystems with a keen interest in how various field execution/delivery/etc. application frameworks are evolving. Keen insights into various GTM frameworks for delivery/execution/onboarding, etc.

7. The position holder should have strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.

8. Position being an individual contributor is required to exhibit tremendous energy and initiative with high degree of stretch, perseverance and resilience, necessary for building and growing a business.

9. Preference will be given to people with prior experience in building and scaling retail brand visibility and execution for leading brands & account manager responsible for order book build in retail BTL execution focused organization
