Lead the Sales and Service function for the battery business function for Automobile clients

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the sales and service function for the battery business for the auto sector.

- To analyze Market, distribution channels, competitive products and services, pricing strategies, sales tracking and market share analysis.

- To track monthly performance against the sales plan, proactively identify solutions to close performance gaps.

- Monitoring of company market share & taking action on focus areas for share enhancement.

- Ensuring efficient logistic operations & facilitate inventory at all points.

- Lead & monitor performance of Area Manager, Area Sales Executive, Service and logistic team in the respective areas for higher productivity achievement of individual & group targets.

- Close monitoring of slow & non-moving SKUs and to plan for their liquidation.

- To devise sales strategy for short- & long-term objectives.
