Hiring Business banking tech Heads for a banking captive
- End to end accountability for Delivery/Engineering - Corporate and Investment Banking portfolio of Application Development, Support and Maintenance, driving enterprise scale technology programs globally.
- Building technology strategy and roadmap for the group, in line with Global Enterprise Strategy.

- Experience of managing a large team of people along with the technical expertise to provide direction when needed to deliver high performance outcomes.

- Ability to coordinate and engage with multiple stakeholders (both business and technology) and following the procedures and escalation process.
- Experience in leading service management teams with exposure to handling high severity and time critical incidents.
- Outstanding delivery and running of large and complex technology programs.
- Detailed knowledge of systems management process, including exposure to establishing incident management process
- Team management skills, with exposure to managing multiple teams and different areas of the bank.
- Ability to lead and inspire people to deliver exceptional outcomes and to drive a performance culture.
