- The role requires a person accountable for the complete P&L responsibility of the B2B business along with setting strategic goals for the future.

- Incumbent is expected to manage both Sales and operations for the business and to develop and manage a strong team of individual who are equally passionate toward the goals of the organization.
- Acquire new clients for transportation business
- Strong Proven Experience as P/L Head or similar leadership role in express cargo company
- In-depth knowledge of Full truck load & Part Truck load movements, Express business.
- Ensure good service levels are followed and TAT are adhered
- Maintaining relations with Key accounts and generating more revenues
- Gather business Intelligence and implement best practices in the industry
- Layout the B2B Sales roadmap and put a long-term strategy in place for the company
- Problem-solving aptitude, Proactive problem solver & attention to details
- Hiring, Mentoring & monitoring high performing sales team across India.
- Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation, and creativity.
Desired Skills & Experience
- More than 15 years of experience in core transportation, PTL / FTL industry with more than 3years in Strategic Leadership Role in scaling B2B business with a proven track record and more than 4 years in Reporting to CXO Level
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high growth and dynamic business environment.
- High focus on outcomes and ability to stand up to committed deliverables.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills ability to drive consensus in decision making, especially in conflicting situations.
