Job Purpose:
- Business Head will be responsible to generate, categorize, succeed, chase, and win business opportunities. This position leads as Sales & Business development team, working in conjunction with the Business Development team. Thorough knowledge of key areas of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles / Unmanned Aerial Systems and various payloads is must.
Core Responsibilities:
- Identifying opportunities to deliver profitable business across different sectors
- Ability to generate additional business, thereby maximizing market share, ensuring customer satisfaction, sustaining long-term relationships, and increasing customer retention
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to generate new business
- Conducting weekly reviews of new business with the team, comparing actuals with forecasted figures, and devising suitable solutions for resolution of issues
- Providing technical approach, commercial and competitive information in submission of tenders
- Preparing and delivering technical presentations to Key decision makers of the client organization
- Participation in various exhibitions and events organized by both industry bodies and by the client organization
- Clear understanding of channel sales ecosystem and ability to work with multiple channel sales partners across the various territories
- Should have a capability to recognize and select new channel sales partners in the various territories
- Liaising with cross-functional teams including Operations and R&D
- Analysing business development goals as per business plan in terms of quantity, technology, and margins
Experience Skills / Knowledge / Competencies:
- 15 plus years of relevant work experience - Competitive, flexible, and resourceful professional with very good networking and communication skills
- Open-minded, convincing, and able to deal with customers from different sectors
- Candidate should have strong business acumen and a real commitment to achieving goals and results
- Willingness to travel as per project and business requirements
- Excellent communication skills with Presentable skills
