- Complete P&L responsibility for the entire Business
- Formulating business development strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation (Growth in Top and Bottom Line)
- Developing & executing effective marketing plans designed to assure achievement of business objectives
- Business Development with existing and new customers.
- Development of after market strategy/business under domestic & export verticals.
- Identifying new streams for revenue growth & developing Marketing plans to build consumer preference.
- Utilizing market information & network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.
- Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets.
- Preparing & presenting annual Budget & Sales Plan.
- Monitoring of Key financial parameters as per the policy guidelines.
- Establishment of Dealer Network in all zones and responsible for making effective channel Network for distribution of the entire range of products.
- Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable dealers and distributors, resulting in deeper market penetration and improved market share.
- Appointing dealers, evaluating their performance & monitoring distributor sales & marketing activities.
- Responsible for credit control & timely remittances from the market.
- Leading & monitoring the performance of the team to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
- Conducting Internal Sales Meet, workshops& training sessions to boost the technical and soft skills of Auto after team as a part of team rebuilding process.
- Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance amongst Team members
