Position 1: Business Head (Exposure into Payroll business)

Position 2: Business Head (Exposure into Training business)

Job Description for Business Head:

- Own and lead the business function across Product Management, Project Delivery, Business Operations and Customer Support

- Drive tangible business results - Build on revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction

- Solve problems which cut across all functions of the business

- Methodically scale processes, systems, and teams to keep pace with the dynamic requirements of a fast-growing internet economy business

- Along with the Technology Head, lead and manage the entire business function - will own everything from soup to nuts, from defining the strategy to executing it.

- Periodically report to the CEO Staff on key metrics, for the Mobile payments business

What we expect:

- 3 - 8 years- experience, a part of which involves owning a P&L of the business

- Have done education in prime institutes

- Any prior experience in a startup is highly preferable

- Who can understand, and appreciate the technological know-how, that goes behind building complex enterprise products

- Have a solid understanding of business fundamentals and use them at work, everyday

- Possess a keen eye for detail

- Who can think of the big picture as well as zoom in to address problem at root level
