Business Head - Appliances Division

Job Role:

- Strengthen the sales network in PAN India.

- Development of built-in kitchen appliance business on all India basis

- Strategize the Sales and Business Plan and allocate the responsibility to the team members.

- Motivate, develop and manage the team for the achievement of incremental sales target and also ensure development of the team members.

- Ensure high quality customer service and satisfaction.

Position Requirement :

- Experience from built-in kitchen Appliance industry is mandatory.

- Should have good conceptual and analytical abilities.

- Ability to manage moderate/large team size.

- Must have excellent man management and leadership skills.

- The candidate should have good negotiating and presentation skills.

- Must be strong in both oral and written communication skills.

- Excellent Planning & Management Skills
