Business Head - Agri-Tech ( Well-Funded Startup )

Our client is a high growth Agri-Tech startup and is looking to fast track their business growth through alternate channels. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a passion for rural markets and experience in building high-impact business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the alternate channel business strategy, focusing on building franchisee network in rural India.

- Own the P&L and deliver on growth targets.

- Build a high-performance Sales network.

- Establish a Pan India network and leverage data insights for cross-selling.

Candidate Requirements:

- MBA from Tier 1 Institute with 15+ years' experience working with Agri business focused organizations is a must.

- Strong experience in managing P&L and scaling rural or agri-business units.

- Proven track record in channel management and franchisee development.

- Strong leadership skills with an ability to inspire and guide teams.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and partnership building activities

- Prior experience working in startup ecosystem or fast paced environment is preferred.
