Business Head - After Market Division - Auto Ancillary

1) Head - Aftermarket Division Should be a keen strategist & implementer with expertise in managing entire sales & marketing operations with key focus on top line & bottom line profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of resources; distinction of accomplishing multifold revenue increase with maximum market share.

2) Responsible for all India Sales growth & Channel development to meet quarterly/annual targets & company's future growth plan.

3) Preparation of the complete strategic business plan with respect to Branding / promotion, market penetration.

4) Implement and monitor of Sales promotion activity - Demo/ Dealer meet / Mechanic meet, new product launches to enhance maximum brand visibility & Image.

5) Responsible for P/L Management for the business .

6) Appoint, Manage, Lead & Motivate the sales team to achieve goals and to ensure customers and distributors are served satisfactorily in all aspects of customer services from answering enquiries, order entry and administration to shipment processing

Role:

- Profit Center Head for Auto-Aftermarket (INDIA)

- Accountable for achieving sales and profitability goals.

- Responsible for complete aftermarket sales operations & demand forecasting.

- Create and implement effective Go to Market sales strategies / tactics.

- Responsible for NPD & Branding initiatives

- Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales organization.

- Ensure effective hiring, orientation, training, development and retention of team members.

Provide quality leadership to internal & external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding values at all times inclusive of constructive problem solving, facilitating creative improvements, and inspiring others.
