- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators and take proactive measures to optimise performance and mitigate risks.
- Technology Integration: Drive initiatives to enhance digital capabilities and leverage technology to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events to promote brand awareness and establish thought leadership.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Masters Degree in Business Administration or Finance
- Proven track record of 12-20 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on affordable home loans or mortgage lending.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
