- Maintain regular and prioritized communication with channel partners (such as financial advisors, brokers, or distributors) to strengthen relationships.
- Work collaboratively to identify opportunities and address challenges, fostering mutual growth.
Educating Distributors and Promoting Products:
- Ensure that channel partners have a comprehensive understanding of the organization's funds and products.
- Coordinate and lead training initiatives, distributor events, fund manager calls, and investor education programs in your region.
Supporting Sales and Providing Market Intelligence:
- Assist channel partners with marketing materials, product information, investment strategies, and market outlook.
- Collaborate with the product and research teams to deliver relevant support and insights to enhance sales efforts.
Collecting Market Intelligence:
- Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities, investment strategies, engagement efforts, and talent trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the management team to support strategic decision-making.
Coordination and Leadership:
- Coordinate activities related to distributor events, training sessions, and other initiatives aimed at enhancing distributor capabilities and client engagement.
- Lead joint calls with prospective investors to promote products and address inquiries.
Sales Support and Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine sales support materials, investment strategies, and client engagement tactics.
- Contribute to the development of business strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve organizational objective.
