Business Head

Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management

- Strive to understand customer's needs and deliver the right solutions.

- Do the Gap analysis and take necessary actions.

- Delivery of P&L on a month to month basis.

- Build effective customer relationships.

- Gap analysis in invoicing and collections.

- Timely communication with customer and related stakeholders.

- Understanding the bad debt reasons and devising the strategy in recovering the same.

- Do the analysis and take the necessary course of action.

- Operations Management

- Employee Development

- Ensure employees are continuously trained as per the company standards and customer expectations.

- Performance management of employees to help them to develop and grow.

- Ensure scheduled meetings with employees at the locations and engage continuously improve employees experience

Experience:

- At least 10 years of work experience only from telecom/ logistics/ facility management companies

- Experience of independently managing a P&L
