We are looking for Business Growth Manager for Bangalore location.
- Onboarding - Onboarding new clients for the product - Multi brand SLP partners, Enterprises like Biba, etc.
- Strategy and Planning - Analyzing existing presence and strategizing a plan of action. Create and Maintain Reports for sellers like Stock Report, Sales Report, Metrics Reports, Account Reconciliation, Competitor Analysis, Return Analysis, Inventory Ageing Report, Sales & Inventory Forecasting.
- Client Retention - Connect with clients to understand their feedback and propose solutions that meet their objectives. Managing client expectations and delivery. Handling of email queries received and acting upon the same within the SLA;
- Revenue Collection - In charge of monthly Revenue Collection. Analysis for growing sales, adherence to metrics, accounts and returns reconciliation which gave more clarity in payments.
- Account Mining - Building a relationship with existing clients and identifying an upsell opportunity. Provides quality service, including interacting with sellers, answering sellers- inquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints.
- Business & Growth - E-Commerce Business planning for Jiva Ayurveda for their OMNI channel. Led to a consistent 15% growth MoM in O2O business of Jiva Ayurveda across e-Commerce Marketplaces.
- Consulting - Consultation to Enterprise customers by strategizing plans around store geo-fencing logics, inventory, merchandising & marketing.
- Seller Registration for all online shopping Websites.
- Work on the catalog on various marketplaces like Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal, Paytm, etc. and strategic product listing as per SEO compliance and advising on increasing visibility
- Maintain the health of the catalog by performing regular audits
- Manage Sellers- online business on different marketplaces & ensured that the daily operations are

- Advanced Pricing Intelligence Reports to determine the price at which the products can be sold online & planning for events and EOSS.
- Involved in Business talks with the clients mainly with respect to the Data Reports.
