Business Growth/City Head - Internet/Online - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS

Requirement:

- 5+ Years of Industry exposure in Sales/Marketing/Digital growth environment

- B2B/B2C sales/alliance exposure for high growth setup environment

- Build/Create partnerships with corporate/SME (Lifestyle space)

- Drive/Engage & Own B2C sales for the region

- Ability and past exposure to startup environment

- Keenness to drive the new business setup & being partner in growth

- Developing and implementing sales/Marketing & Digital strategies for increase of market share and profitability on sustainable basis in line with Annual Business Plan (ABP).

- To direct the Sales & Marketing team and establish overall business growth targets brand wise, pack wise as per ABP, help them in breaking the same geographically, monthly, weekly & daily targets.

- To motivate & direct Sales team to establish coverage, distribution and display objectives to meet sales targets.

- To plan and implement local sales promotion in consultation with marketing.

- To analyze stock movement/availability.

- Help business head in developing long term pricing strategy to maximize variable margin through product/ territory/ pack mix decisions.

- Regularly have commercial review with Commercial Manager for profitability and working capital including debtors.

- Have a clear focus on new channels like Institutions and Modern Trade to build Distribution, Visibility and volumes.

- Work towards reduction in cost with optimum quality of product development

- To achieve Turnover & Profit targets

- Increase of Market Share in the region

- Precise role can be discussed based on your experience with concerned stakeholder

Education, qualifications, special training, experience and skills

- Management Graduate from one of the premier institutes with 5-10 years of Sales and Marketing experience .

- A minimum of 5 years- sales experience in an FMCG company of repute is a must.

- Should have worked in at least two regions of the country and should have handled at least one zone for a period of 3 years.
