Key Roles and Responsibilities:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Finance Analyst located in Gurugram.

- Employ advanced Excel functions to perform comprehensive data analysis and create detailed financial models that facilitate informed decision-making.

- Conduct financial forecasting, reporting and tracking operational metrics.

- Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; should be able to infer from data and provide recommendation.

- Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.

- Create automated reports and dashboards in Excel to streamline reporting processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for financial analysis.

- Conduct market research, data mining, and business intelligence activities.

- Maintain a strong foundation in financial analysis to support various business functions & create forecasts and models.

Qualifications:

- 2-3+ years of working as Analyst (preferably in Business Finance domain)

- MBA, CFA Level 1 and progress towards CFA preferred

- Proficiency with Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

- Good financial modelling and financial analysis skills

- Good report writing skills

- Good oral and written communication skills and presentation skills

- Knowledge of Power BI or other Visual Tool preferred

- Knowledge of making three statement financial models preferred
