Business/Financial Analysis - Mfg

Responsibility:-

To support Managing Director’s decision making and efficiency by:

- Preparing concise briefs for MD’s consumption prior tomeetings(gleaning most important information from reports, highlighting areas of success and concern amongst team’s performance)

- Studying internal and external data and trends to derive insights and action items – making sense of data in a simple to understand form

- Following up critical action items to closure

- Planning, monitoring and occasionally executing business projects

- Other analytics like validating hypotheses, feasibility analysis, etc. for MD

- Preparing internal and external presentations as part of MD’s office

Major Deliverables

- Reports for meetings and analytics

- Being consistently up to date on company projects’ progress to brief MD

Desired Candidate:-

- Preferably having worked in a similar position in the past

- Experience in handling data heavy MISes

- Experience in analyzing large quantities of information and deducing key trends and action items prepared in an easy to consume format

- Experience in studying project proposals and providing recommendations on way ahead to senior leaders

- Experience in handling sensitive information and documents

- Experience in written and oral communication across the organization – ranging from senior leaders to junior managers – to share messages and get updates

- Experience in preparing insightful, high quality presentations to internal and external stakeholders based on limited briefs

Qualifications

MBA (preferably Finance) from premier or tier 1 college, Chartered Accountant, Finance Professional
