Business Finance Role - Pharmaceuticals

Purpose :

- To enable business with insightful data / analytics for key decision making related to Super Speciality Business

- To have adequate financial oversight and controls on Business operations

- To ensure robust governance and control mechanism's are established

- Effective business partnering and drive growth and profitability of business

Responsibility :

- Support the business in preparation of annual operating plan and identify levers for revenue, mix and margin improvement opportunities

- Closely working with BU's to track their performance, support them with insightful data & analytics and drive the efficiency of business

- Approval for pricing, discount and trade schemes and establishing guidelines

- Effective business partnering and supporting business in day to day operations

- Monitoring overall functioning of internal controls & process, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate controls & process to facilitate smooth business functioning

- Drive simplification & automation of processes and lead the projects

- Enhancing governance mechanism's and improving the overall business hygiene

- Regular market visits to gain insight on the business

- Monthly book closing activities

- Compliance of FEMA
