Commercial:
- Sales closure, partnering with business on pricing, capacity allocation
- Deal closure - Partnering on new deals, business case evaluation
- Contracts - Lead contract reviews in collaboration with legal and business
Operations:
- Review Plant overheads, gross margins, raw material prices, yield improvement initiatives
- Evaluate capex business proposals, CMO management
- Partner with Supply Chain to review and optimize inventory built-up strategy
- Drive cost reduction initiatives, expense control
- Develop / track short, medium and long term strategic plans
- Preparation of Annual Budget/Quarterly Estimates and review of performance
- Responsible for monthly Management reporting, dashboards to monitor critical parameters of business
- Drive profitability for the business unit
- Working experience in Generics Pharma
