Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Provide financial insights to business units and senior management.

- Oversee financial reporting, KPIs, and variance analysis.

- Drive cost optimization and profitability improvements.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.

- Support M&A activities with financial analysis and integration.

Requirement:

- Candidates should have completed CA/CMA.

- 4+ years of business finance experience, including 2 years in a Biz fin lead role.

- Strong financial modeling, business analysis, strategic planning & working capital Management skills.
