Education - MBA from Tier1/Tier2 B School OR CA (1st/2nd/3rd attempts only)

Salary - Best as per industry standards

Job Description :

1. Providing financial leadership to the leadership/senior Management team of Business Units.

2. Providing analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies

3. Opportunities and deal structuring/tracking and related support for proposals; providing insights on business opportunities; providing options and scenarios for business decisions

4. Budgeting and Estimations - Presenting financial performance, full year forecasts and budget variances including understanding financial opportunities and risk

5. Revenue assurance - Revenue at Risk/Revenue leakage tracking

6. Understanding the cost drivers of each business segment and providing insight to the non-finance members of the business units

7. Challenging current ways of working, ensuring uniformity across business processes, driving efficiencies and cost savings wherever possible

8. Building partnerships and strong relationships with all senior managers and their teams and providing financial support to commercial decision making

9. Assisting with internal audits & other finance related activities
