Business Finance Role - Financial Planning & Analysis - BFS

We are one of the leading recruitment firm looking to hire Professionals for Financial Planning & Analysis for one of our client.

Location : Mumbai

Experience: 1-14 years

Following is the Job Synopsis :

- You will be responsible for delivering on monthly MIS reporting and analysis, support projects as a part of the Corporate and Investment Bank CFO Support group

- Able to drive the PnL agenda both business as well from a technology standpoint

- Support the team in NY for Budget and Mid Year Forecast submission and analysis

- Overview of Functional PnL, Allocated PnL, Watermark Reports, and Reference data maintenance.

- Design, develop and support various monthly/quarterly reporting around EMR's, Performance reports, expense, headcount and B/S as per business requirements and CCAR requirements

- Support quarterly business reviews and any analysis required during senior management visits

- Analyze, communicate and deliver on high quality MIS in stringent timelines

- Support ad hoc requests from the business and senior management

- Ability to understand the changing business needs and redesign MIS and analysis around the same

- Proactive involvement in the business and development of infrastructure required to support reporting and analysis

- Team management, supervision of daily work, providing feedback etc

- Proactive involvement in the business & projects supported

- Leading and driving projects and initiatives across teams

- On-going relationship management with P&A, controller, product teams and work closely with other teams within Mumbai and across the globe

- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Key Skills :

- Good knowledge of finance, accounting, and valuation concepts.

- Previous P&A / MIS Reporting experience is preferred.

- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of work

- Highly effective time management skills

 - Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in an efficient and effective manner with minimal supervision.
