Job Description :

- Work as a Finance Business Partner in driving overall P&L, controls, performance management, and strategy with core team.

Our Client is a well funded and a leading organisation within Ecom/Start-up space.

Description :

- Responsible for overall P&L, controls, performance management, strategy with core team and operational SOPs

- In-depth analysis of various business growth levers and giving inputs for business strategy

- Working closing with various business stakeholders to improve overall profitability and financial hygiene of the business.

- Work with central finance team, taxation, legal etc to ensure all required compliances of business.

- Create robust SOP across business and lead audit for the business

- Working with sales and marketing team to co-create marketing campaigns and ensure optimum return of marketing investments.

- Working with Pro/Growth team to ensure right investment, healthy profitability and right ROI

Profile :

- CA/MBA with more than 8+ years of experience.

- Person should be a self-starter, high on bias for action, ownership and passion.

- Good knowledge of finance business partner roles and understanding of business

- Ability to deal with ambiguity and ever-changing needs / environment

- Prioritize what's important against urgency and manage pressure

- Highest levels of integrity and responsibility

- Good stakeholder management
